MBCA Meeting Minutes - 5 January 2010 
 

The regular meeting of the Manhattan Beach Civic Association was not called to order on Tuesday 5 January 2010. A quorum was not present for the meeting. President Rick Marsalek was, therefor, unable to conduct the regular business meeting. 
 

Discussion - Dennis Gosewisch displayed property plats showing errors pertaining to his and the marina properties. Dennis has petitioned to get the errors corrected. The customary County sign will be erected in the front of his property for the petition hearing, so he wanted the Association to be aware of the subject matter beforehand to preclude any potential misgivings.
