Schools System
Our children are in the Severna Park school feeder system thanks to the hard work of our parents. They have interacted with the PTA's and the Anne Arundel County School Board to achieve this end. At the present time, our children attend Jones Elementary School, Severna Park Middle School and Severna Park High School.

The Clubhouse
Our Clubhouse serves as a center for community dances, breakfasts with Santa, halloween parties, talent shows, Scout meetings and general membership meetings. We have a summer play program using our clubhouse for arts and crafts and our outdoor playground equipment. The clubhouse is available for rental to members and non-members of the community.

Horticulture
Many of our streets are lined with Bartlett Pear trees, cherry trees abound and there are numerous and statuary. 

Water Privledged
We are a waterfront community with a boat ramp and several community beaches on Cypress Creek, Dividing Creek, and the Magothy River

Location Location Location!
We are a bedroom community close to Annapolis, Baltimore and Washington. We are located less than 1/2 mile from the B&A  linear park with a sidewalk that extends to the park.

Recreation
Swimming, jogging, walking, biking, gardening, horseback riding, boat racing, barbecuing, scouting, fishing, crabbing, lounging and athletics are favorite community pastimes. 

Membership
Every property tax payer is a member of our civic association.
